Help Please.

Hi, when my members try to login, it takes them to the "Thank you for logging in page" but when it gets done, it redirects back to the home like its suppose to, but they are not logged in. I have the same problem, no matter how many times you try to login, it does this over and over. So basically I'm saying its not logging my members & myself in when they try. Please help, I'm running on vBulletin 3.7.4. Also, same problem with Admin CP.
