do you have a full site backup from your old site? if so your hosting provider may be able to restore all your stuff, this happened to me when they moved my site from a php4 to php5 server and once i got on live support they walked me through uploading the backup and kept me on the line while they restored everything.

Umm, why would you have same problem, if you using dual account.. Account FallenBoy and Snickers got same IPs, which means they are controled by same person... If you think you can bump your threads that way, i dont think thats a good idea.. I am not even sure if vBteam got - Multiple Account Detection Hack installed, otherwise you woulda got busted long time ago =/
