Are there any easy begginer tutorials on how to install vbulletin? I already downloaded the package and I don't know what to do next.

I'm confused. I'm a begginer at this. No knowledge whatsoever about installing vbulletin. I went on included and found "config.php.new"

What do you mean by "edit your database?" do I just change the extension name so "CONFIG.PHP" Or do I need any type of software to change this?

What is my host?

I would really love some detailed help for a begginer.
 
Has anyone done the install for you yet. It is actually very easy of you understand a few basics.

First you must create your database via Cpanel on your server.

Then you can begin to understand what needs to be inserted into the config.php prior to upload.
