Help Please.. some issues

I got 2 issues with my forums they were running good before then something happend i dont know what exactly happend but here it is

issue #1

Before the "donate" picture use to show now it doesnt even if i click on that X it will take me to a blank page plugin im useing is Donation System LITE V0.2.1..


Issue #2

You guys know the plugin called Cyb - Advanced Forum Statistics im useing and the problem is that when i click on any of the top 5 posters it would take me to a blank page if i click on a top new members registered it would take me to a blank page.. I mean i checked other forums and its working fine for them like if you click on top 5 stats "new member" it would take you to the new members profile but for me it wont do that it would take me to a blank page.


Please help me fix those 2 issues Thanks in advance to everyone who is willing to take there time to help.
 
I would reupload all the files for starters. Issue 1 sounds like a missing image, and issue 2 sounds like the files were not uploaded in the right format(ASCII) or the data transfer with the server was interrupted.

Yes, their is a missing image, reupload and try again.
 
issue #1 is working good and resolved Thanks alot for your paitent and thanks for your help really appreciate it.

Now issue #2 please..

Don't forget to click the thanks button.

Thanks alot guys let me try to resolve issue #2 what does ASCII MEANS.? And my issue #2 is Cyb - Advanced Forum Statistics which is only one file product Cyb_AFStats.xml which is running fine but on top 5 stats i click on one of the top5 posters or top 5 new members it would take me to a blank page..
