Help please, changed domain name forum not working

Please I need help getting my forum functional again. I'm using VB 3.7.2

I changed the domain name from name1.com to name2.com. The files remain on the same server. name2.com now correctly points to my website, however the forum doesn't function. All I get is the forum home page. When I click on anything it takes me to the old address name1.com and there it can't find the server.

I can't access the control panel to see if there are any settings I can change there. Do I need to run the install again? Can I just input new values in some of the VB files?

I appreciate very much any help as I can't get my forum running.
 
I resolved the problem. I navigated to upgrade.php in the install program and ran the upgrade process. I was then able to log into the admin control panel and change the site URL in VB options.
