Sir i need help i wanna change the alignement of the elements in the below picturee i.e avatat and name and group all i want to align in middle, please help me bro

Login to the admincp. Go to style manager and go into "All style options" for the skin you use.
Find "postbit templates" and click "Expand/Collapse".
Find "postbit" and click "Edit".
Now I dont know exactly what it says in your skin but youre going to search for: $vbphrase[join_date]: $post[joindate] (or similiar).
Above a couple of <if>'s you should see
Replace that with:
If you cant see that div you should change
to
instead.
