Assuming you are talking about the admin account, you need to run the tools.php from the Do Not Upload folder. Instructions for that are here if you search on tools.php
Assuming you have access to your Hosting control panel (not the forum admincp)
go on phpMyAdmin and go to the forum's database, search for users table, go in there, get your admin acount, change the email to your email, go back to your forum and hit Lost my password and viola, you're done.

Steps explained by Leegao is awesome but if u r lazy to do all this and still wanna recover ur password, then jus send a ticket to ur HOST and they wil recover it for u
