I m running VBulletin 3.8.0 & I m novice for vbulletin;

How can i blocked person(who have not 30 post) to access my underground section...
Others(Who reached 30 post & Staff) can access it..

Just go into admincp and make a new usergroup and set a promotion so when a user gets to 30 post they get auto moved to member usergroup and can see underground section

But How can move registered members to that group... Set it to first Group of board ??
I mean new users user group must be this Group...
