Help mysql

I has a forum that has been working for 2 weeks and today when i tried to get on to it it just shows a error message:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect() in C:\WoW-Gotland\Server\htdocs\includes\class_core.php on line 311"
Can anyone help my with this error

Your host's SQL server seems to be offline. You'll have to wait for it to get back online, or contact them and complain.

i have a own SQL server and running a wow private server and it's working. it is only the forum and the web thing that is not working
