[Help]My shoutbox

I have changed to a new styles. It's name "[3.7.2].completeVB.undergroundstyle" And i am using "Inferno vBShout Pro 2.5.2". The Shoutbox didn't appear in my forum after i have to this new style. I have added this code "<!--{%SHOUTBOX%}-->" underneath this code "$navbar", but it still cannot appear.My vbulletin version is 3.7.4

What should i do?

When installing VB shout, the plugin is automatically set to "disable". Why? I don't know. 90% of the related shoutbox issues are users forgetting to active this again.

Go to your plugin/products under your admin CP. Locate this modification (Inferno shoutbox) & select "enable" from the drop down.

If this is not the issue, please let me know & I will have to check out your skin.

I have enabled the plugin before. I just changed the style then i can't view the shoutbox, but i have added the code "<!--{%SHOUTBOX%}-->" underneath the "$navbar". It still cannot work.
 
I think the problem is on the style. When i used another style it can show up! So....I think the problem is on the style "[3.7.2].completeVB.undergroundstyle"
 
sorry for double posts. Could someone help me to check the "[3.7.2].completeVB.undergroundstyle"? I think those problems come from there.Thank you!
