[Help] My Header pic Is Not Changing :( Also statistics not showing

bro.. i have uploaded this blackteal skin.. but when i change this header pic with other.. its not changing .. i deleted all files and then again uploaded.. it did not change then yet whats this problem..i uploaded many times the new header pic.. but its not changing.. and also this temp not show the statistics on top.. where it is written.. what changes i should do in xml file to write statistics here..the pic is as below

I have the same problem in the Statistics but not in the header I think you must wait for the header to change
