I had recently registered a domain nabilcolony.com for one of my clients. I had the contract to register the domain, get the site up and ready. So, I went ahead and registered a domain at Netfirms.com in my clients name. I paid from my VCC card.Shortly afterwards, I received an email from them.Dear .........To finalize your order we require proof of ownership of the credit card. Please send a fax or scan of the front and back of the credit card used for this purchase showing only the last four digits of the credit card number.I sent them the details of my VCC i had generated, statement from my bank. But to my surprise, they sent me an email today stating...Hi, Unfortunately you did not give us correct name and contact info. The order has been cancelled. After that, I didn't hear anything from them. No replies to my emails yet. I asked them to change the domain info to my name if it is some sort of company policy, but netfirms haven't responded. I have been creating websites for clients for a couple of years now, and never had such a problem before. What should I do now?
