Help me with 2 Problems

Please help me with these problems:-

1): If someone is registering on my site. If he goes to Register then the Image verification is there but it's empty. I mean it is appearing but it is empty, no letters.

2) How can I edit Avatar and Signature settings for my vBulletin forum. It doesn't let me upload avatars more than 80x80 pixels. I want to change that

1) Check your Image setings ACP->vbulletin options->Image settings

2) Check your usergroups settings ACP->Usergroups->Usergroups Manager
 
Answer to Question 1

Go to your Admincp > vbulletin options > Human Verification > this is where your setting are located and should be enabled if you want them to work. Also vbulletin options > human verification Manager> and adjust the setting there as well. There is also a Mod for image verification just use the search feature here and you will find it.

Answer to Question 2

Go to your Admincp > usergroups > user group manager > select group > edit > picture uploading permissions which is the 13th section down. Do your changes here then save.

miki86 was correct on question 2 I just expanded on question 1 he was wrong altogether..but at least he tried.
 
In some sections of my forum, My Signature doesn't show. While in others, It does. Thank you for replies! and how do I make it so that if i give Infraction to someone, he will automatically be sent a PM to him

the signature is in the same area as the avatar and also make sure the group permissions are set as well.

As far as sending someone a pm when issue and infraction it does that as it ask if you wish to give a reason. If you need further in depth instructions I will provide them to you.
