I have:
Mysql backup
All files of vb
Theme

I want to upload on another host via cpanel. Please tell me how to do that.

First Upload all the files to the root
then in the directory root make a directory bigdump and upload bigdump file. It will look like.

public_html/forum/bigdump

or public_html/bigdump

for bigdump go here and there are instructions

Here is what I have done till Now:

Uploaded bigdump.php to root directory.
Edited DB info.
Uploaded my forums backup.sql file
Edited

$filename '/home/techieka/public_html/dump/dw.sql'

But when I run bigdump.php, I get this error:

BigDump: Staggered MySQL Dump Importer v0.29b

Database connection failed due to Access denied for user 'techieka_dw'@'localhost' to database 'techieka_dw'

Edit the database settings in /home/techieka/public_html/bigdump.php or contact your database provider

Start from the beginning (DROP the old tables before restarting)

You haven't connected SQL User name and DB Name

Double check your SQL Username/DB/Password and privileges.
