while registering i get this in my email id address

i tried to install ajex registration.. and many other Mod.. so this happened...

so can any one help me how do i correct it?

there is a problem with Pm preview MOd.. i tried all at last i disabled Pm preview then it ok.. registration is working...

if any one can post their Pm preview Mod screen shot i can save same setting

You misunderstood the error, it is saying that the table is missing which means you need to reinstall it, not tweak settings... HTH
