help me plz my site is not working

guys i have downloaded all of my vbulletin directory to my pc

and deletetd all in host

and now when i want to upload it again then nothing is working (

help me how to upload it again

did you delete everything from your host or just VB files?
if you did you will have to get your host to redo your server as there are files there that are needed.
