Help me pls, Need skin modifications

I need some help. I have left blocks on my forum home page. Unfortunately, it extends all over the place. It's from the Ultimate Side Columns mod. I would like to keep the width of my forum. Pls teach me if you know.

I would prefer it like this:

I would like to know how to keep the template for the body of forum's index page in a fixed width. (Not Admincp -> Styles and Options -> My style -> Main Table width)

If necessary pls teach me how to remove the threads column for posts

And also, pls help me extend these two boxes - what's going on and forum stats - to full width of my theme so there is no space on the left.

and the line that tells the time is centered

all 3 pics are the same thing nothing diffrent. and you want someone to modify your theme I suggest you read up on how to do this. Modifications need to be done on the forum in real time so you can see what it is your doing. If you would read or even search the internet you would find a world of information and heres a start.W3Schools Online Web Tutorials

what theme are you using Zero ? who is it by and was it updated? if you upload the entire theme with the original xml and your xml I will look into it for you.

To make this simple, my 2 questions are:

1. Is it possible to change the variables that set the table that displays your forums so that I can squash it while using the ultimate side columns on a fixed width style? I am talking about this part:

2. Is it possible to include the "what's going on box" and the "cyb forum stats" box on the footer, so they use up all the width of the forum.

Currently there is an extra space on the left.
When this is with the footer, these 2 boxes must only show on the forum index. Maybe an if statement so if the user is on the forum index, it will be displayed. I would like to know this too.
