I need help with my forum, I am having refreshing problems. Everytime I make a new thread I have to refresh the page to see the new thread this is the same with uploading avatars and etc. I have switched plenty of XP's and I have contacted my host as well. Anyways any help?

Check if you have the "Suhosin" web server module installed,
i think that web server module is the one causing this problem.

Normally thats the web server module that causes many problems, even messes up the vbplaza tracks system.
 
admincp > server settings & optomizations options > update thread and update attachment....this is the settings.
 
jet.hackr dont try to flame it's very un becoming and as I see it it was just an avenu to try. A word of advice dont piss people off as you never know who your pissing on!
