Help Me Please!! New Styles Messing Up!!!

hello everyone. i desperately need help with my forums. because whenever i install a new theme for my forums. it completely messes up and looks really horrible and glitched.

here is a screenshot of what happens when i install a theme.

please tell me how i can fix this so i can install other themes!!!
 
view the skins read me in which folder to upload it to.
also you might wanna just rigght click the image and find the path out by the URL.
soooooo many times this happens. for gods sake
