Help me install a new theme

I want to install Dark_VB Theme in my vbulletin 3.8 forum

I have uploaded all files and XML at right places.
But no images are shown in my forum

Make sure all images are in.

http://yourdomain/images/dark_vb/

yes they are in right directory
the vbexperience images are fine but the header and other images are not coming

right click>>view image then see the DIR that it is in your URL form in your browser.. then make that DIR.
and lolol nice fake comunity stats... they need to be made so you forum dont look fake..
