I have been working in outsourcing website,
problem is that home page get ranking in google but inner page still not.. why... what should i do.
I have done bookmarking of inner page.... still not listed in top 100 even in google.... so what should i do plsss help me... Treat all the inner pages of your site as individual websites and build links equally to all the pages. You can building links using article marketing, submitting press releases etc..I hope you can see result with in few days... thanks , i will do that...... Is the inner page indexed? If you increase your inner page rank so you should continuously work on directory submissions. In fact the inner page requires more work to populate. So work heavily on the inner pages. Result will come soon, because it will get the domain strength as well.

Treat home page and inner page equally important. Build links for both of them.
Change navigation so that all inner pages you want to ranked well be there from one click from home page. The inner pages ranking depends on these factors
1. Deep link building
2. Good internal linking structure
3. Unique content
You cannot expect ranking for inner pages just because you have built links toward your homepage already. Sitemap submission can help your inner pages being acknowledged by Googlebots but it will not have positive impact on seo anyway.
