hello above the header its like this written

This is an error someone could see after a transfer from an old host to a new one.
Please make sure files are been transferred exactly as they were in your old hosting, i mean lettercases...
...and ofcourse such errors come alive after not exact import of sql database...
In that case, please use mysqldumper (or any other simular software)...to upload a well exported sql database, meaning that IF the exported sql db, is malfuctioned-not well exported..., then the imported will produce errors like the one you mention.

One more question for you, are you trying to run the forum in your pc, by wamp for example? If yes, then you may want to enable some php settings in order to make the forum work...

I just told you some advices that i experienced so far... :)
