Hey,
I'm Brap & I'm new to vbullitien.

Well to the point I need:
A good vbullitien download e.g. 3.6.8 just a good one for new people.
A tutorial to tell me how to easily install it.

(I have used Phpbb and IPB then realised you can get vbullitien for free so here I am and I'm not a complete newb with forums)

I won't be able to create a forum on my own even with a tutorial telling me what to do.

I know people on this forum could make one in about half an hour.
