go to admincp search in prases search for powered by vbulleting then click on find then edit then change to whatever you want.

Edit the x_powered_by_vbulletin phrase whose default value is "[1] - Powered By vBulletin", the [1] being your site name.

You can do this by going into AdminCP->Search In Templates->And Find Powered By vBulletin
