Ok, this is nutz, I'm all over Microsoft's website and I see different instructions everywhere that state what needs to be installed, in order to run asp.net pages.

I've seen some that say 2000 or XP and some that say NT and some that say .NET Servers. What server do I need? I'm still on NT 4.0 and want to be able to run asp.net pages.

What version of IIS? I've seen on microsoft's site that IIS 4.0 (w/sp6.0a) or 5.0 are allowed. Is this true?

Thanks.

To download the .NET Framework go to:
http://www.asp.net/download.aspx

Any Windows operating system from Win9X on up can run the .NET Framework. However, to serve ASP.NET Web pages from your machine you need to be running Windows 2000 or Win XP Pro (IIS 5.0 or up). hth
