help getting errors Security Token..

Hello

im using a VB forum but when i try and move / delete a thread gives me the following error..

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Is there a way i can fix this...

im using vb 3.7.5
