When I try and have more then one Forums using Vbulletin it doesn't allow me to log into the admin panel, can anyone help me with this.
 
What do mean having more than one forums? Do you mean you tried adding another forum and now you can't login to the ACP?
 
Ok I own the site CodeTheWeb I made a forums on it for my friend using vbulletin now when I try to make another forums on the domain with vbulletin it won't let me log into that forums admin panel. It says it does but logs me out.
 
upload tools.php (found in the "do not upload" folder") file to admincp directory browse to it and reset cookies.

delete once done.
