Help fix this plz

hey all,

im having a slight problem with my forum after i convrted it from phpbb3.

It doesent show the smilies or the text editor thing, look in my pics i uploaded, on the second one its showing what i am missing and 1st one is my forum.

any help?

I am having same issues after upgrading from MyBB?

EDIT: I have fixed this as follows. All users settings are set to use only basic editor. and in UserCP you have to change it to use WSYIG EDITOR. Now i am finding the way to change this setting for all users in one click!
 
xD errr maybe you can change that by usergroup....'cuz in one click nop you will never do it in one click xD in a few clicks is possible!

This is correct.

You need to change your editor in the admin panel.

Under posting options (I think it was).

If your smilies didn't carry over properly, you can simply add them throught the VB smilie tool in your admin panel.
