help error!

my site gave me 2 errors before like:

The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server.
Warning: require_once(DIR/includes/functions_forumlist.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/bmp92/public_html/ismetforumz.info/Vbul/index.php on line 63

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'DIR/includes/functions_forumlist.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/bmp92/public_html/ismetforumz.info/Vbul/index.php on line 63

so i made a folder called DIR/includes and put that file in and also
functions_bigthree.php

but now i get this error:

Fatal error: Class 'vBulletinHook' not found in /home/bmp92/public_html/ismetforumz.info/Vbul/index.php on line 69

Please help!!

Delete all of your files & reupload them again. You missed a whole bunch.

I can safely assume your trying to install a new forum.
