he means goto your admincp then goto language and phrases then search in phrases and search for: Content visible to registered users only or: Registration to this forum is free! something in the text above and you will find the phrases were this text is in, now just change that phrase
 
Thanx Found It!!! just Say... Go To Langueage And Phrases And Search For Forum Rules And What Ever Looks like It Then That's it...
