Header moving down uncontrollably and social networks are inconsistent

Whenever the user is on contact the header moves down, they are all referring to the same style. The social networks are also very inconsistent. I have tried adjusting their margin and padding and it hasn't been working, I have the current version of the website uploaded if you need to see all of the source code.
