alright, so I want to work out a new style for my site. I came across a really nice design that i want to somewhat use.
the site is http://www.asianfilms.org/index.html
I like how the head and footer act as borders and cover the overflow. My problem is I can only get this to work for mozilla. IE just creates the border at the bottom when the page loads, but when I scroll, the black footer just scrolls up with everything else.
I was wondering if there is a tutorial that I cannot find that you guys know about that can show how to do this. Fixed doesn't work with IE I am guessing?Paul O'Brien of Sitepoint wrote this : http://www.pmob.co.uk/temp/fixedlayoute ... .htmthanks, i'm working it out.
