having to control f5 to see posts?!

Myself and fellow members, are currently having a small issue where, if we post or do new posts and see someone has replied... we click the thread, and can't see the post, even though it says someone has replied!

If we do a control f5 to reload the page, then sure enough it's there!

Any ideas guys why this is happening?

sounds like a host issue and if there has been a recent upgrade...then I would make sure all settings are good.
 
I have spoken to our hosts and say they havn't possibly done anything that could have effected it, or done the update itself that I mensioned above.

The only thing I beleive I had done before this error, was create a phrase so that I could edit the colours and fonts of the text in postbits, however I have removed this and still get the same problem.

Anymore ideas guys?
