Having Problems With Regerstartion

Well I have a new problem that has just started happening with new registrations.

Once a new user has filled out the registration form, they press submit at the bottom and a message comes up

* You must enter at least 250 characters for the intro.

I have looked threw all the options and have not found why this is happening? Could Some one point me in the right direction in regards to getting rid of this annoying new hurdle!

Thanx In Advance

Did you recently install any new mods ? This happened to me several months back but I think I fixed it by one of the admin settings. I will have to look into it.

Are you using vbadvanced cmps? If so, change your cookie domain to .yourdomain.com with the . in the beginning. Then have the users with problems clear their cookies and restart their browsers.

Another thing that could be causing a problem is if they are accessing your site from yourdomain.com instead of www.yourdomain.com

Tried reinstalling your copy of vBulletin? Theres probably something wrong inside the code, in one of the PHP/XML files. Re-install, or re-download vBulletin and try again.

Reinstalling is silly to think for something so simple to fix.

You are correct Sir!

I had not installed a "Read at Introduction" mod correctly and now have solved the problem.

Kudos to ya for directing me in the right Direction!

Problem Solved!!

Cheers
