i took the following quote from vBCredits.com: The Ultimate Points System - vB Commerce

Once they have credits they need a way to Spend them. vBCommerce is one of two ways to spend your credits on. The second is vBCustomizer which is set for development once vbcommerce goes gold

and vbcommerce is at v1.0 Beta5 .... right now, the ver of vbcustomizer was given to testers.. as far as i know.

vBcustomizer isn't going to be for another year. Expect it either in late 09 or 2010.

It took them almost 2 years to start vBCommerce.
