Have E-mail send with PM

I wasn't getting emails when I got new PM's, I had to change it manually from my settings. I want to make it a default for the board so that when anyone gets a PM they automatically receive an email.
 
Right, heres what you do:

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options

and near the bottom of the page is a little box saying: Default Registration Options

Theres a checkbox with "Send Notification Email When a Private Message is Received" next to it. Tick that box and click save.

Bravo, you have enabled Email upon PM as default.
