Hi guys,
Can anyone please tell me how to do H Tags Optimization (i.e. H1, H2, H3) in Joomla website ?

Maddy This is similar to optimize H tags for every common websites. I will sum it here.
1. You should use H tags follow the increments. Use from H1 to H6 and not skip by use H2 as first of H tag on the page. However, I have heard some seo tips about use H2 as first H tag on the page but I could not remember where it is yet. Since I have never tested on that theory then I would not recommend using it.
2. H tag is using for give an emphasize to specific text as primary purpose. You should not cover a long sentence or text with H tags, otherwise it would be defined as spam attempt instead.
3. You can use H tag in a way you desired and no necessary to use all six in one page. You can use just H1 without any problem. we can use one heading tag on one web page we can also mention title attribute on this heading tag As i have read, you will need to install the sh404SEF component, which should be no problem if you followed the earlier step. After installation, go to components > sh404SEF > sh404SEF configuration > Meta/SEO > Insert H1 Tags and select Yes. Your H1 tag should be different from your Joomla page title. It should accurately represent what is on the page. H tag optimization though advises that header tags contain keywords that are related to the web page document as they are indexed also by the search engine spiders.
<h1> defines the largest heading and used for main heading
<h2>, <h3>, <h4>, <h5>, <h6> defines the smallest heading and used for sub-headings. Heading Tags <h1>to <h6> are one of the important factors for On Page Optimization. Search engine give more importance for indexing and for ranking well in search results pages.
