H heading + some other text on the same line

I am trying to have a heading and then some less important text on the same line:Skill Ratings(scale of 5)but I really want \[code\](scale of 5)\[/code\] to be in the same line as well as that \[code\]Skill Ratings\[/code\] be wrapped in the \[code\]<h>\[/code\] tags for document structure semantics.I am tight on real estate so I don't want another line, \[code\](scale of 5)\[/code\] will be linked to a CSS style. Is this possible? If not, I will chose to not have \[code\]Skill Ratings\[/code\] as a heading but would prefer that it be.
