Hey everyone, so i have brought this up before about a competitor that is targeting the same local market as me with seo, what he is doing is a link wheel tactic with 40 or so crappy, basic, blogs with just dumb content with link in it to his site and a bunch of other random sites. AND he is ranked #1 for my main target keyword.
