Group banner Hack

Hi,
I want Group banner hack
waht i need :-

1) Every usergroup on site must show banner (next to name)
2) from admin Cp we can add banner
3) we can add 10 banners for each group
4) every time on site show differnt banener Random ( when we reload page )like this one :- BwTorrents - View Single Post - Mohabbatein (2000) DVDRip XviD Subs DrG
u can try to reload this page and its show u.

For Example :-

like i have on my site 7 groups 1st group name (Group1), 2nd group name (Group2), 3rd (group3), 4th (Group4),some more like this
and every group has a option in admincp [admincp>Usergroups in every single groups (Usergroup Manager) ] if i add 10 banners in Group1
and 10 banners in group2 and 10 in group3. Group1 banners show under all Group1 (Additional and Primary) Users..same as
Group2 ..witch banners i add in group2 those show under all group2 (Additional and Primary) Users. same as all other groups group3
