Great experience with SupportLobby

I am the CEO of a Web hosting company and i own lots of unmanaged dedicated servers..


I just wanted to say that i use the services of SupportLobby and the response and solutions to all the problems that i have sent to them was just perfect..

Its hard to find a company that solves you any problem and that磗 why i wanted to recommend them.This seemed to be better at Managed Forum. Moved.yea SupportLobby always good i Really Thanks them alot .. regardsFeras.Bi know them recently and they are good corp who can help me resolve problem ASAPi've used support lobby for some custom installs and some upgrades etc. recently. the guys over there know what they are doing and are quick to respond. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service.I've been using the guys at SupportLobby for well over a year, maybe close to 2 years to help me with stuff on my Linux based Plesk server. So far I have found them to be competent, easy to reach and able to resolve all my issues in a timely manner. I keep going back to them, what can I say? If you are looking for reliable and skilled support on your servers, give these guys a shot. I think you'll be pleased.I know Sandeep and ActiveLobby for almost a year now and it was through referral from an ex-company. ActiveLobby and sandeep especially have always been available, courteous, prompt and most importantly, always complete the job given. I have worked with other companies who just do the bare basics and start charging you duration based. activelobby though make sure the problem is fixed and the root of the problem is addressed for good. They also charge based on the severity and complexity of the problem which i find extremely reasonable.

I highly recommend activelobby and i hope that their cusotmer oriented attitude will not change as they grow bigger.

My server recently got hacked and over 8000 phishing emails were sent out, the reason why so many emails were sent out was because I went back and fort with a sever management company whom I am paying 30 bucks a month and they couldn't do a thing about it. Kept asking me to check my logs, WHM blah, blah blah. Basically didn't do a damn thing for me.

So, I decided to give Vipin at activelobby a call via chat and he quickly found the root of the problem and got the hacked script deleted. Now that is what I call top class admin support! I am now considering ditching the sever management company I am using altogether and hiring them. Don't waste your time paying someone 30 dollars a month. It's not worth it!

Lesson learned, you do get what you paid for!
