Gravity forms css infering layout

Hi i neeed to create the same contact form here http://www.niclaims.co.uk/ on the new wordpress version i am using gravity forms however i am unfamiliar with the way it controls the css of the form output i have turned it off in the options but the widget are seems to add extra padding on the one i am making http://niclaims.webdeveloperbelfast.com/ its not cloning a web site the client asked me to transpose it from asp to wordpress. I was wondering if any of you css gurus could give me a hand thanks. Also i need to no with gravity forms is their a way that i can have the labels inline in the text boxes and disappear on focus.And please dont slate my english i tried hard at school but computers was only thing i loved and was able to do program.Its the contact form on the home page side bar i requiring help with many thanks
