I know that this may not be an orthodox request, but I just need a graphics designer (that won't charge an arm or a leg) that can create a wide range of images for me. There's not one specific thing that I need, but I just need to work with someone from time to time as things come up. For instance, if a new community program is launched and I need a header image--just things like that.
