Google "trees"... How to get?

I was just wondering, how do sites get these kind of trees in their Google search:

By trees I mean those grouped links under their search query.

I have submitted my site to dmoz and over 200+ directories and I still do not have a "tree". Do you know any ebooks or tutorials that can help me get a better SEO in order to get one of these "trees"?

Thanks!
Jay S. That link only takes me to the google.ca search page, not sure why.
Anyway, I think I know what you mean, but not sure why it happens, but google has it for some of my sites and I can't figure out why.

Sorry that I can't be much help.

P.S. I assume you mean like the top 24 links here, that are actually on 12 sites, with 2 links to each domain...

Jay, could you be more specific? Yeah I think he is referring to custom search engine (CSE) on google search results for web masters... what they have suggested is good but I think you need to search more there are a lot in the web. Sitelinks are links to a site's interior pages. Not all sites have sitelinks. Google generates these links automatically.
