google sitemaps and invisionfree forums

i have set up an online forum for people in my area and people of the same interest to get together.but how can i get it listed in google?i have submitted the the url but its not listing it as there are no sitemap submitted. any one know of a way around this?there is no ftp to upload a sitemap the invisionfree server, i have tryed using the upload in the forum but it wont allow the googlesitemap xml file to be uploaded.well i am now listed 3 from top if not first for all my chosen key words, all for freei did this by using my free hosting space with my ISP, this is a one page site which took like 5 mins to make and contains info on the site and the key words etci then just forwarded my domain name to this page and now my site is listed.although i didn't upload a sitemap or even authenticated this with google i just submissed my domain.im happy with that as i got 9 new members in one week only 3 weeks after submitting to google.can see what i mean here. http://www.offroadnortheast.co.uksearch google for 4x4 forums, off road forums, off road community etc in google and im at the top. or in the top 3
