hello, i have a new site and an am using meta tags. for all sites that i have i use the same meta-tags (even for description).now when i enter my site name in google, it finds my page, but it just displays my meta-tag description. also, when i search for my sitename there google shows:repeat the search with the omitted results included.if i click that link, all other pages of my site are displayed, but all of them show the exact same description. why is that?do i need to change the meta-tag description for every page? or is this just currently because google is still indexing my site?thank uThis usually happens when google crawls your site inorganically. Meaning that Google's spider has not crawled and indexed the pages content yet. Give it time and it should straighten out.I have the same problem and I gave google time. But I think google does that to my site probably because my contents are not that good. What about the contents of your site mista-two-k? Are they original and of a good quality? Is your site just a new one? Yes right! your site maybe in sandbox, the content is not yet been crawled by G and it takes time for a site to be crawled but there is a bigger chance for your site to be index faster if you have quality content, inbound links and outbound links.Another thing is that each page should have different meta-tags on it which describe the content of each page!Yes. There will be different description for different pages. So You will have to change your description meta tag for each page. And mend your keyword too in Title and keyword meta tag.
