On here I often read that people have performed SEO on their sites, added their URL to directories and have got a google ranking of x - but as a beginner to all of this I was wondering:
How many directories have you added your URL to?
Is there an easy way of doing it?
Could adding your URL to any old site damage your google ranking? I.e. adding a car parts link to a fashion site.
