Google Public Search

Hi,I want to add google public service search to my site and It does not work for some reason.When I got there http://services.google.com/publicservice/setup_submitand try to creat an account and add the domain name it always gives ansaying either,There are no pages in our index for "cmsweb.rit.edu"* * We cannot perform SiteSearch on this domain. Please change the domain entered.There are no pages in our index for "lankaproposals.com"* * We cannot perform SiteSearch on this domain. Please change the domain entered.which is not correct because these sites have been there for awhile. Does anyone know how I can make this to work? Am I doing sometjing wrong?????Please help me as soon as possible. thx
