Can any one tell me the schedule of Google PR. Is Google update PR at specific time, if yes then; what is it ?

Javaid Jaferi Thanks for raising up this question I too as a newbie have the same question of when the google scheduled the changes of PR? does google schedule this? or they just based it on the backlinks? There is a monthly sticky thread in the Google Forum where you can monitor this and ask questions.
