Google Not Increasing my Page Rank

Hello!My website has been indexed by google.com properly. Almost all the pages are indexed. My website is: http://www.maxvb.com but the page rank of my website is 0 and also my website is not showing up when searched for desired keywords i.e: "visual basic forum".
